To get the Santa Hat this year you need to go to the Ski Village.
Also, you can get a Candy Cane Hat. The only way to get it is to mail it to someone using the regular mail feature. Ask someone to send it to you or send them to other people and spread the Christmas Cheer!
When one clicks on the card they must click the button that says get item and obviously click yes.
